Hello, I am renting out a room in my family home
Have lived in this property for over 20 years and this is my family home so you must be respectful and clean. No credit check is required but 3 months payslips and proof of ID and legal stay would be required to check.
I live in the house too. NO funny males or flirting, you will be blocked.
I’d prefer a non smoker and no pets are allowed. Guests are welcome of course, but would need to be informed of who.
