A charming and slightly unusual space available in a side extension to a friendly family home in Enfield.

The accommodation consists of two interconnecting private rooms, giving you separate sleeping and living areas, together with your own en-suite shower room and WC. There is also a private entrance at the side of the house, so you can come and go independently.

The accommodation includes a brand-new single mattress and bed, sofa, your own fridge and air fryer. You are also very welcome to enjoy the garden.

The main house is home to a retired couple and their adult son. This is a friendly English - Filipino family home, and people of all nationalities and backgrounds are very welcome. They are looking for a female lodger, ideally an older working or retired woman looking for a peaceful, comfortable and affordable place to live.

The location is very convenient:
- Around a 10 minute walk to Gordon Hill and Enfield Chase stations.
- Close to Chase Farm Hospital
- Around a 15 minute pleasant walk across the green to Enfield Town centre, or a very short bus ride.

Rent is £600 a month including all bills.
Wifi is available and you are welcome to use it, although please be aware that the signal in the accommodation is currently quite weak.
