A spacious double room with its own private living area and private toilet/shower, available in a welcoming family home in Enfield EN3.

This offers much more privacy and personal space than a typical room rental. Alongside the sleeping area, you’ll have your own private living space with an armchair and TV unit, giving you somewhere comfortable to relax and unwind.

Your private space includes:

* Double bed (the one in the picture is being replaced but will be similar).
* Private living area with armchair
* Private bathroom/shower
* Two wardrobes
* Chest of drawers
* TV unit with two storage cupboards
* Curtains and blinds
* Space for your own TV

The room is part-furnished. You will need to provide your own double bed sheets, pillow, duvet, and TV, plus any other personal furnishings you would like.

You’ll have full use of the shared kitchen and will be provided with your own allocated space for storing food and groceries, helping you keep your things separate and organised.

Cutlery and kitchen utensils are also provided for your use.

You’ll also have access to the landscaped garden which you have full view of from your room. The garden also has an outdoor gazebo which we are working on so it can be used all year round.

A parking space is available, which may be particularly useful for someone commuting to work by car.

This is a grown relaxed family home and someone is usually at home, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable living within a family household while enjoying the independence and privacy of having their own space.

Ideally looking for a professional woman for single occupancy who is clean, respectful and considerate and looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to call home.

£1,000 per calendar month – household bills and Wi-Fi included.
