Hello there! My mum (Soraya age 54) and I (Alice age 22), are looking for a suitable female housemate to fill the room at the top of the house.
The House is a 3 bed with a shared kitchen and lounge. + a shared utility room to do your own washing. You’ll have your own designated cupboard + fridge/freezer space to store food.
There is a back garden with a side gate, shared with the neighbours if you wish to keep a bike stored, there’s also a shared shed.
It’s also a 13 minute walk to the London Overground (weaver line) Enfield Town station. A 15 min bus ride from Piccadilly line (Oakwood station) or a short bus ride to Gordon hill or Enfield Chase station (national rail).
Note: it’s a one month’s deposit + one month’s rent paid in advance.
