A lovely bright room with a double bed and plenty of storage on the first floor of a split-level flat.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen-diner, a washer-dryer and 1.5 bathrooms. It has its own garden for summer lounging, along with a parking spot in the driveway if required.
 
The flat is on a quiet residential street. The location is perfect for an easy walk to Chase Farm Hospital, a 25 minute walk from the train line Gordon Hill which goes to Highbury& Islington, Moorgate and Old Street and a stone’s throw away from beautiful countryside walks in Forty Hall, Trent Park and Capel Manor. There are a few cosy pubs a short walk away.
 
There are two gyms 20 minutes by car and Enfield Town is 25 minutes walk with local shops, restaurants and a local park.
 
The rent includes all bills and council tax.
The person would be sharing the flat with me, an easy-going professional who likes to maintain a busy social schedule and a relaxing atmosphere at home.
No parties or smoking, sorry.
The room would suit somebody who needs short-term accommodation, but open to a long term arrangement.
