(Female preferred), great for single person, ok for 2 occasionally if you don’t have too many things. ) slightly noisy occasionally when kitchen gets used at night. there is a 10pm curfew on noisy kitchen use. All tenants are expected to tidy house kitchen, which is done on a rota. (No appointments for those applicants who apply without a photo.)

The room has a large cupboard with a 1.2m hanging rail, & shelf below. Share the garden, kitchen, dining room, and up to 210mb fibre internet over wifi. Everyone has a cupboard, a fridge shelf within our modern kitchen which shared with 5/6 others. (Your own shower & toilet, electrics, wifi & heating are included in price) kitchen rarely busy, only between 6-8pm

Street parking is very tricky at certain times btw 5-10pm, v quiet couples considered for extra 15% rent. Deposit + rent 4 weeks in advance to secure room contract & key. Quarterly oven & window cleaning included.
