Medium Room to rent in a nice house

We are giving to rent a room in Feltham. Bus stop is in front of the house, and one stop from Hatton Cross or literally 5 mins walk to Hatton Cross. We are a family with a 4 years old baby so we need someone clean, serious, and we also have small white dogs, so animal lovers are welcome. This room is for one person only. Is a medium room, not double but also not single. Bills are included. Not smoking in the house but there is a place in front of the house for smoking. No parties in the house , or loud music , or any noises after 10pm. We respect each other privacy and each other as well. Thanks .
