Double room for rent

A little about me first, I'm Kieran, I'm very quiet and keep to myself alot, I have worked at Heathrow for nearly 16 years, I do shift work so am either working or home sleeping. On days off i like to go cinema, walks, travel and chill with friends.

I have a 2 bedroom apartment in Feltham and my spare room is available.

I am looking for long term lodgers preferably, but short term are welcome too. I would just ask you to give 1 or 2 month notice before termination of contract.

I have had 3 different lodgers in 11 years the minimum staying over 2 years the maximum around 6 years with no issues or complaints.

This would be more like a 1 bed apartment as I do not use the shared living areas much which is why I think people like living with me,

I often keep to my room or work. All I ask is you are clean and respectful of the apartment.

You will have full access to the following.

• living room (6 seater sofa, TV, 2 seater table)
• Kitchen (washer/dryer, fridge/freezer)
• Bathroom (power shower/bath)

The room is a double room with only the following inside.

• small double bed
• large six drawers set
• 1 built in wardrobe
• 1 built in cupboard with shelves
• 2 storage drawers under bed
• 1 Gb/s Internet wired/wireless

There is a train station 5 minutes walk from apartment and 10 minutes on bus to underground station (piccadilly)

In the local area we have cinema, bowling, 3 gyms asda, tesco and nando's all within 5-10 minutes walk

I would prefer females but am open to males too, no offence but I just find they are more clean.
