Beautiful room with amazing view in a new building

We are looking for someone to be our lodger, the room has a beautiful view of the park and the airport far away, from the balcony you can see both Feltham train station and London Eye (very far away).

As said above, Feltham train station is in front of the building, making it easy to get to Central London or get shuttle buses to BP or the airport.

The bills are £150 per month, so the total for the room is £950, to be paid every 1st of the month. For couples, the room will cost £1100 plus bills £200, the deposit for couples will be £1300. Private parking available for an extra charge.

It is a beautiful flat and a beautiful room with friendly people to share the communal areas.

We are two male professionals with our own hobbies and busy work schedules, so at the same time that we like to chat we also respect each others space.
