Houseshare in Feltham private bathroom

Im looking for a housemate to share a two bedroom house. 10 min walk to Feltham station, free street parking available, private bathroom. There’s a bus H25 almost directly outside the house that goes to Hatton Cross station.
The house is clean and very well taken care of. After renovation.
There are two rooms and two bathrooms in the property so each room has its dedicated bathroom.
I’m looking for someone calm and easy going. Someone who will treat the house like a home and take responsibility for shared spaces. I’m very clean and I would like someone who also likes to keep the spaces clean. You will most likely not see me too often as I work a lot so the house offers a lot of privacy.
