A spacious, furnished loft double room in a quiet, friendly home. Situated on the second floor, with no other bedrooms on that floor, it offers extra privacy and a peaceful space to unwind - my favorite room in the house.

- Brand-new memory foam mattress
- Wardrobe and clothing rack
- Radiator and an additional electric heater
- Shoe rack outside the room in the hallway
- Wi-Fi with speeds of approximately 50–100 Mbps

The bathroom is shared with just three other tenants: two women and one man - Please keep it tidy :)

- Feltham train station: approximately 2 minutes’ walk
- Hatton Cross Underground station: approximately 5 minutes by bus
- Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, a cinema and gym around 5 minutes’ walk away, including Tesco, Asda and Aldi

Suitable for **one person only—no couples**. We welcome a female or male professional who is quiet, respectful, clean and tidy.
