Hi, thanks for looking at my advert, my name is Eva and I have a spare room in my house.

I am looking for a female student/working professional to rent my private loft room which will be available from 1st September 2026.

Our property is less than 7 minutes walk from Gants Hill station with is on the Central Line, getting you to Stratford in 12 minutes, and Liverpool Street in 20 minutes.

The room available is a large loft room on the 2nd floor of the house. It is private and there is an ensuite toilet and washbasin. There is a double bed and two double wardrobes and a dressing table which can be used as a desk. There is plenty of wardrobe space and a shoe cupboard. The room also benefits from natural light.

We are also near Ilford Rail Station which has the Elizabeth line which goes straight to Liverpool Street Station and connects with Heathrow airport.

Westfield Stratford City Shopping Centre is a short train ride about 10 minutes from Gants Hill station, it’s a massive shopping centre with plenty of shops and restaurants.

Our local area Gants Hill has a variety of restaurants. We also have some local shops and supermarkets. We are very near to a beautiful park called Valentines Park.
