Double room Available In Amazing House

Hi there!
Lovely spacious massive double room available in a beautiful house. The room is well-maintained with a carpet.
We are looking for a professional to be my housemate. (live out landlord)
The area: Gants Hill is fantastic! It is a quiet and highly safe neighbourhood). There is easy access to a Sainsbury Store and other local supermarkets within walking distance. There are good restaurants around, and there is a 24-hour Mcdonald's within walking distance from the house for emergencies. Also Ilford Town Centre and High Street are just about 20 minutes away.
The housemate: That's me. I have a full-time job. Working Mon- Fri. I am very outdoors-oriented and enjoy going to places every other weekend and sometimes on weekdays. I wake up early for a bit of exercise in the morning. Otherwise, I am a private, non-interfering, yet friendly person looking for similar attributes in my flatmate.

Transport:
The house is ideally located nine the 10 minutes walk to Gants Hill Station (on the Central Line providing easy access to Stratford in 15 minutes and Central London in 25 minutes) and is just around 7 minutes by bus to Ilford Town Centre. Despite being in Zone 4, access to other parts of London. Even late-night returns are smooth through tube, over-ground, or buses (vouch for it as I often do that over the past three years)

Rent:
800 payable per calendar month. Bills included electricity & Gas, broadband (fiber), Sky, water bill & tax.
1-month rent in advance, 900 deposit can be negotiable if needed, and complete ID required
Min 2 months stay.
Please note the house is non-smoking, but you can smoke in the garden. The rent is payable only through bank transfer.
