Hi! I’m Lisa, a video artist and curator. I’m renting out my lovely double room in Gants Hill, just a 7-minute walk to Gants Hill station (Central line) and 22 minutes to Liverpool Street.

· Quiet, bright, facing the garden
· Access to a large private garden

About the flat:

· You’ll be living with two young professional women
· Calm, friendly, respectful atmosphere
· Great transport links with 24/7 access to central London
· 3 great parks in the area
· Big Tesco, Lidl, Aldi, Sainsbury's 10 to 15 minutes of walking distance from the flat
· Weekly cleaning rota, therefore looking for someone tidy

Rent: £775/month + energy bills (usually between £10-20 in summer)

Available from 2 April. Minimum stay 2 months, with the option to extend long term.
