Looking to rent out a spare bedroom with it's own bathroom. The flat has shared kitchen and living room area with balcony. Has it's own boiler and washing machine.

Flat has been refurbished in the past 2 years and the landlord is very helpful with any necessary improvements.

You'd be sharing the flat only with me, a 24 year old bartender looking for a professional start in media, in spare time I enjoy cooking and films.

The flat is relaxed, clean and sociable but with respect for each other's space.

I'm looking for someone easy going and who's looking for a place to stay at for longer. Preferably a professional within similar age.

Also worth mentioning: I'll be getting a cat in the near future, so ideally looking for someone who likes cats or is happy living with one!
