The high street, restaurants, local services and 24-hour shops are nearby. Valentines Park is just around the corner, while Wanstead Park is approximately 15 minutes’ walk away.

The household

This is a live-in landlord arrangement, shared with one professional man in his 40s. It is a quiet two-person household rather than a busy house share. The atmosphere is clean, friendly and peaceful, with mutual trust and respect for personal space and boundaries.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the property, including the balcony and property grounds. The room is therefore available only to a non-smoker and non-vaper.

There is no allocated parking space, although on-street parking could be found nearby.
