Lovely double room - Gidea Park Station two mins

Hi,
we have a lovely double bedroom to let, which is to be furnished with a double bed and blinds. The bedroom contains huge fitted built-in wardrobes providing tonnes of storage if needed. The house is conveniently located within a three min walk to Gidea Park station which is on the Elizabeth Line. The house also has large south facing garden, shared kitchen, bathroom and lounge. I am living landlady and will be pottering around occasionally I am fairly busy Monday-Friday I am always up for a social at the weekends if around!

Looking for a minimum of three months let initially with a view to extend. Monday - Friday lets are also welcome.
