Room to Let – Romford, Short Term (Max 2 Months)

A double room in a lovely 4-bedroom house in Romford, offered as a short-term let for up to two months. Rent is £1,000 per month, bills included, with a £1,000 deposit. The house has a modern kitchen, a living room with TV, and a garden, and is well-maintained throughout. No pets, please.

It’s a 10 minute walk to Gidea Park Station and 12 minutes to Romford Station, with Romford town centre, shopping, and local amenities all within walking distance.

Please note – living arrangement:
This is a slightly different setup, so I want to be upfront about it. I’m the homeowner and will only be present at the property for around 20% of the time over the two months (roughly two weeks in total). During that time I’ll be staying in a different bedroom and sharing the bathroom. For the remaining 80% of the time, you’ll have the bathroom entirely to yourself.
