Option 2 – £1100 per month
Includes:

* Shared kitchen
* Shared bathroom
* walk-in wardrobe
* Full access to the house, including the living room and all shared living areas (excluding the landlord’s private bedroom & office)

Tenancy Information

* Deposit: One month’s rent
* Minimum tenancy: 3 months
* Couples are welcome; however, rental rates will differ. Please enquire for pricing.

I’m friendly, easy-going, and value a calm, respectful home environment. This isn’t a party house, so I’m looking for someone who appreciates a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to live.
