It has TV, sofa, coffee table and own silent mini fridge and thus converts into a lovely cosy living room. The bathroom is solely for your own use. The rest of the house is very clean and modern with a lovely sunny garden and plenty of free off street parking around. Downstairs is a lounge, dining room and big modern fully equipped kitchen. There is some space in the loft for storage.

The rent includes all utility, broadband, and council tax bills.

Close to Piccadilly Line and Northolt Park (19 min into Marylebone); Central Line 20 min walk. Goods selection of shops and pubs in walking distance.
