Big room with a double bed to rent

Hi, I'm looking for a gentleman or couple who would like to share accomodation with us. Me, my partner and two other friends rented a 3,5 bedroom house in Greenford. Unfortunetly our friends decided to move out from London. To stay put in Greenford I have to find one more person to share cost of renting. House is nice, neat, clean and quiet with a driveway for three cars, good size back garden, family bathroom upstairs and small toilet downstairs, most of the thinks work very well is just a kitchen could be a bit bigger. For a big plus for this accommodation is 3 minutes distance from a central line station and local appliances like also walking distance to the nearest shopping centre. Available bedroom is realy big and sunny, located on first floor with with a window faced towards the garden. Rent will be paid on 11th each month, on landlord or agency account number. Cost of renting is 575 per calendar month plus bills divided per 4 .
