One of the biggest perks is that although the bathroom is located off the hallway, it will be exclusively yours. I have my own en-suite, so you won't be sharing a bathroom.

The flat also offers a large, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and workspace, making it ideal whether you enjoy cooking or just need a comfortable space to relax after a busy day. There's on-site parking available on a first come, first served basis, along with EV charging points for electric vehicles.

The location couldn't be much better. You're only a 6-minute walk from the Piccadilly Line, making commuting into Central London quick and easy, while Wembley Stadium and Wembley Park are just a 20–25 minute walk away. Living this close means concerts, sporting events and entertainment are practically on your doorstep.

A little about me—I’m 32 and work as an Audit Manager at one of the Big Four firms. During the week I have a busy professional schedule, but I enjoy a relaxed home environment. You'll often find me making the most of living in Wembley by heading to concerts or events whenever something good is on.

I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful and easy to live with. It would be lovely to share the flat with someone who's happy to have a chat over dinner or catch up after work from time to time, while equally appreciating each other's independence and personal space. The aim is to create a home that's comfortable, relaxed and friendly for both of us.

One final note for anyone with pet allergies: I have two guinea pigs who live permanently in their enclosure and are never allowed to roam around the flat, so the home is kept clean and tidy at all times.
