Early June a Bedsit with a kitchen inside will be vacant for £750(£865 for couple)/month incl. bills.

Common areas are cleaned every week by a tenant for reduced rent.

Share 2 Bathrooms, 2 Separate Toilets, 3 Kitchens (2 rooms have their own kitchen occupied by 3 people) (2 people cook 1, 3X a week, 1 doesn't in shared kitchen), Fast Fiber-optic Broadband-1,000 Mbps, Covered Veranda, 65 Foot Garden. Total rooms 8, shared with 7 people (3F, 4M). If house is full it will have a total Maximum of 9 people in total. Washrooms are not busy because most tenants work different times, not from home. The house is in the process of re-decoration and modernization. Most things in the veranda needs to go to charity shop, things left by ex tenants.
