£800 pcm all bills included. Deposit of £800 required for room and keys ( this is a set price please do not ask for a discount as everything is spilt equally)
We have no visitors or sleepovers in the property.
I am a disabled fully vaccinated up to date and would need my tenant also to be vaccinated up to date as I have a low immune system due to health reasons
