We have a lovely large, bright and fully furnished double room available in our home, just a 4-minute walk from Hainault Station.
The room is very spacious with plenty of natural light and comes fully furnished and ready to move into, so you can settle in straight away without worrying about buying furniture.
It’s a friendly and relaxed house and we’re looking for someone who will fit in well with us — clean, respectful and easy-going. We all enjoy our own space and privacy, but we’re also friendly with each other and want everyone living here to genuinely feel at home. 😊
There’s a large garden, parking, shared kitchen and bathroom, as well as 2 toilets in the house, which makes sharing much easier.
Rent is £900 per month including all bills — council tax, gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi. We also keep everyday basics like tea, coffee, milk and drinking water available for everyone.
The location is really convenient, especially if you commute. Hainault Station is only around 4 minutes away on foot, with easy Central Line access to Stratford and Central London.
We’re looking for one person, ideally someone wanting to stay for at least 3 months.
