Large double bedroom (see photos) with single occupancy of charming flat conveniently located by the Thames between Kingston/Richmond available from 3rd to 12th March. You will have sole use of the flat. Flexible on dates from 3rd March.

Beautiful short term accommodation offered at competitive rate of £190 per week (reasonable bills included, wifi and taxes). I have two beautiful indoor cats and the only requirement is to look after the cats during your stay which is super simple. You would get in exchange their lovely company 🙂.

My flat is a large 85m2 flat with all modern amenities located in the beautifully green and quiet Ham area between Kingston and Richmond. It is 5mns walk from the Thames, and close to Richmond park. It is within easy reach of Richmond station and Kingston station and Teddington Station (over the lock). The room comes with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. It is peaceful and has lots of light.

This is a residential and family and not a party area and I would simply ask to request to respect the neighbours in terms of noise levels. I would expect you to look after the flat and keep it clean.
