Stunning houseboat on River Thames

The houseboat

A double room is available on a beautiful houseboat situated on an island on the River Thames (don't worry it's accessible by car!). It's just 5-10 minutes walk from Hampton Court Station and just across the road from Bushy Park, with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

The house itself is a spacious two storey 5 bedroom houseboat with a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. We have all the usual mod cons; washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, plenty of fridge & freezer space and even a pool table! We have wifi and Sky TV, and there's also a roof terrace which is great for barbeques and parties in the summer.

Just to clarify, the houseboat itself can't actually go anywhere.
Might seem obvious but we do get asked quite a lot!

The room comes unfurnished, though there are some bits of furniture we can provide if needed.

There are four tenants (3 male & 1 female) between 29 & 45
who are very friendly and sociable. We don't live out of each
others pockets but enjoy a few days and nights out together down the pub or at home and we're looking for somebody
similar who is sociable, easygoing and tidy. We also have a lovely cat called Dave, who's very friendly and often hilarious. He's short haired so unless you have a particularly bad allergy or can't stand cats, you should be fine.

The rent is £495pcm, plus £130ish for all bills, including a cleaner who comes once a week so there's no arguments
about dusting! We do keep it very tidy throughout the week though, so it's important you clear up after yourself and muck
in with emptying the dishwasher, taking the bins out, etc.

The room is available early February (exact date to be confirmed)
