Two bright and fully furnished bedrooms are available for single occupancy in a spacious and welcoming family home, situated in a quiet and safe cul-de-sac in Hampton.
The larger room measures approximately 120 sq ft and includes a double bed, wardrobe and desk. Although it has a double bed, the room is available for one person only.
The smaller room measures approximately 70 sq ft and includes a single bed, wardrobe and desk. Each room will be rented separately to one female lodger.
The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. I share one bathroom with my eight-year-old son, while the two lodgers will share the other bathroom separately from us, offering greater privacy and convenience.
Downstairs, there is a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, a separate study, an additional toilet, front and rear gardens, parking spaces and a garage. The shared areas are comfortable, well maintained and offer plenty of space.
The house is currently occupied by a friendly resident landlady and her eight-year-old son. We are a warm, respectful and easy-going household and welcome people from all cultural backgrounds.
We are looking for clean, considerate and friendly female lodgers who would enjoy living in a peaceful family home. The rooms may suit working professionals or mature students. Each room is offered for single occupancy only, so unfortunately no couples.
