You must be clean, tidy and generally of a polite and considerate disposition. Must be prepared to do share of household chores. No Pets, No DSS, non smoking Professionals, independent, 2 proof of id's, 2 references and deposit (cleared funds) required before or on the day of moving in and no later.

Minimum Licence is 3 months with one month notice to terminate. Can be renewed thereafter. Looking for a lodger with minimum age of 20 and a maximum age of 50. Professionals only, but will accept mature degree / post graduate students.
