Hello. I'm looking for a professional (male or female) to share a maisonette flat with a spacious private garden by the Longford River, in Hampton Hill, TW12.

It's a beautiful property to be shared with 1, shared living room, kitchen and a bathroom/toilet.

The property is above another ground level flat (with a separate address and entrance). It has its own private spacious beautiful garden overlooking the Longford River, (part of the Crane River leading up to Bushy Park, which is a 10 min walk).

The nearest train station is Fulwell, 30 min from Waterloo. Several bus stops are 5 min away, with connections to Teddington, Kingston and Richmond.

The large double room can be furnished or unfurnished. There's a large living room, kitchen/bathroom and all amenities (washing machine, dishwasher, etc).

I am looking for a share with one person, e. g no couples please. You’d need to be a professional and/or able to pass a credit check, since the estate agency managing the property would require that.

The property renews its tenancy mid July (12 months tenancy agreement).

The room is rented at £900 per month plus bills (electricity, water, broadband, etc) to be shared equally.

A little about me - I am a professional in the creative industry, very clean, friendly and responsible. I have a strong common sense, can communicate well and respect one’s personal space. Looking for a similar, reasonably quiet/private person.

I’ve been renting the property for 3 years with someone else (moving out mid July) and since the location and property are fantastic (the river and Bushy park are stunning), I’d like to try my luck in finding a suitable flatmate.
