1 bedroom flat to rent. Comes furnished with two wardrobes, a bed (which pulls out to a double), and a desk + Apple desktop computer. The bedroom has doors that lead out to a small courtyard garden.

The flat has a large living room, projector which becomes a TV, outdoor garden, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. There is a cleaner that comes twice a month.

There is no need to bring any kitchen supplies as we have everything - unless you want to bring an air fryer and coffee machine. There is not much room in the cupboard so ideally someone who does not have a lot of stuff.

Ideally looking for a short term Tennant for 3 - 6 months.

Please note I do have a cat and he's quite needy and cuddly. He likes to roam around the house and the spare bedroom. This listing is really for someone who doesn't mind living with a cat. When I'm away I would ask that you help me feed him and give him water.
