The other room is not en-suite, but is an average large Room, which is based in the ground floor. Same as the En-Suite, has a new Carpet Bed & Mattress and point of Integral USB Ports. Toilet and shower will be shared with only one more person, which is locate on the 1st floor.

The property is less than 20 minutes’ walk or 5 Minutes by Bus to Harold Wood Station and ideal for those needing Stratford, Canary Wharf and surrounds. It also offers direct trains to London Liverpool Street Station in 35 minutes, giving access to the entire underground network. It is also a short distance to the A12 and M25 for those with a driving commute and there is off street parking available for Free.

From the house you are steps away from every convenience you could wish for ie: Supermarket, dry cleaners, pub, bakery takeaways etc. Also, you will find Central Park Leisure Centre and the Central Park, just 5 minutes from House.

Cleaner will be available, every fortnight to clean the open spaces, such as Toilets, Kitchen/eating spaces, Corridors, Garden Entrance etch.
