The Single Room will be free on the 3rd JUNE 2013 after the lodger move out over the weekend.
A professional person is sought to share a spacious 5-bedroom house in a quiet area of Harold Hill, Romford on the outskirt of A12. Would suit a non-smoker, someone who works normal hours and away over weekend and is very clean and tidy. Female preferred although would consider a male if the right person.
Fully furnished single room with TV/Telephone combi and carpet flooring. Free parking. Wireless internet connection.
Rent is £450 for single rooms inclusive of all bills. A references required.
Close British Rail (Harold Wood – Zone 6) and bus routes (496 & 174). Journey to Romford Shopping Centre by bus 20 minutes and train 6 minutes. 25 minutes to Stratford and 30 minutes to London Liverpool Street by train. You will be house sharing with me, as a Landlord who owned this house, works as a Freelance and Student Photographer and have a Photography Studio at this home and a male lodger who lived at ground floor and worked in London as a media designer and always away at weekends.
