I have Double room available only for PLAB2 Occupants. And one person only to occupay the room.

House located walking distance from the CS PLAB2 accademy. Bus stops and local shops are in walking distance.

Room :
Ideal for PLAB2 candidates. Rent £700.00 for a month of 30 days, minimum duration 30days.
Ready to move, and furnished.

Not applicable:
Visitors are strictly NOT allowed in house including family member or partner.
Not appropriate for the income support or housing allowance receivers.
Do not contact if you are agent or calling on behalf of some one. Only the person who will reside should communicate.
No Laundry/washing machine facilities included.

For PLAB 2 occupants dinner can be provided with extra fee which would help you to save your time for your studies. Short term please contact for price as this may vary depending of your duration.

Bills included:
Reasonable use of Gas, Electricity, Water included. Internet, Council Tax included.
Cleaning payable. Any damage to the property will be payable by the occupier. NO Laundry/washing machine facility
