I’m looking for a housemate to share my home in East London (Havering).

The room has recently been transformed from a home gym into a comfortable furnished bedroom, with fresh paint and new furniture. The house has a shared kitchen, bathroom and living space, with standard household bills and broadband included in the rent.

The house is around 8 minutes’ walk from Harold Wood Elizabeth line station. There’s also a bus stop directly outside the property, with buses reaching Upminster station in around 17 minutes, for District and C2C connections.

I’m a working professional and live here myself. Outside of work I’m fairly active and sociable - I enjoy running and am in a local running club, I’m into music and DJing, and I’m also a massive gamer. I enjoy travelling and I’m always up for trying somewhere new for food or drinks.

I’m happy to have a chat, watch something together or grab a drink occasionally, but I’m also independent and appreciate having my own space. I’d like the house to feel like a proper home for both of us, rather than simply somewhere to sleep.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate, respectful and easy-going, ideally with a similar working/professional lifestyle.

Male preferred, but I’m open to the right person. LGBTQ+ friendly household.
