Lovely quiet house situated in quiet safe road

I have a large family home situated in a quiet, safe and tree-lined road in Harrow with free and easy parking, just 8 minutes walk to the Metropolitan Line and across the road from buses to Wembley Park Station.

One of my double room has been taken by a young lady. So i am looking for another young lady to have the larger than average room - fully furnished and bright and airy. They are spacious and well-proportioned in a very well-maintained house. The rooms are nice, large and fully furnished. We are well situated for those working in Northwest or Central London. The house boasts 3 bathrooms, a lovely kitchen, a very big garden and a dining area. All bills are included (council tax, gas, electricity, water WIFI and TV License). A fabulous residential location (just next to a nice large park) and very close to local shops.

There is good access to transport connections into London and indeed to the rest of the UK. We have the best of both worlds: easy access to central London, with its cosmopolitan bustle, and to the countryside with its peaceful walks and nice pubs.

I am looking for easy going tenants.
