Rooms available in large house in Harrow

Hello! Looking for lodgers for our lovely house in Harrow.

We are Erin and Laura (both 24 years old) looking for lodgers for our converted family home. Laura lives in the house and Erin lives abroad. Laura is a media technician at a local high school. She is interested in music, photography and film, which means she definitely wants to know your letterboxd top 4!

It’s a beautiful big house with a spacious kitchen, living room, multiple toilets, huge garden and 3 double bedrooms (with new carpets in all rooms).

Of the 3 rooms available, bedroom 3 has an en-suite, bedroom 1&2 share a newly refurbished bathroom, and all 3 share a living room. Laura has her own en-suite and living room so only shares the kitchen and garden.

In the kitchen, each lodger will have a double cupboard, as well as space in the two fridges and freezers. The kitchen is fully equipped including oven and electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, airfryer, washing machine/ dryer and any utensils you might need!

The garden has an outdoor table and chairs, string lights and 80ft of space! We also have a gardener who comes to maintain it every 6 weeks so it’s always looking nice for those sunny days ☀️

There is 1 extra parking space available in the driveway which can be rented along with 1 bedroom on a first come first served basis.

The house is an 8 minute walk from North Harrow station (metropolitan line) making it very easy to get into central London.
