A comfortable double bedroom is available in a quiet, considerate building, ideally suited to a working professional looking for a 3-month short-term rental, with the potential to extend if desired.

📍 Location: Around a 15-minute walk from Harrow & Wealdstone station. M&S, Tesco and the nearby shopping centre are also around a 15-minute walk away, with plenty to enjoy including the cinema, Starbucks, Waterstones, H&M and more.

The flat is home to two working professionals in engineering and government advisory, and we’re looking for someone who is kind, empathetic, neat and considerate of shared spaces and those around them. The building and neighbours are lovely and quiet, so we’re hoping to find someone who appreciates a similarly peaceful home environment.

A few requirements:

* 2 employee references required
* Looking for an initial 3-month stay, with the option to extend
* Clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces

* Holding deposit once undergoing checks and deposit for the month is required once approved
