The room has a comfy double bed with silk mattress, a large mirror wardrobe, and a desk. The private bathroom is outside the room, and has a bath.

The flat has a modern kitchen, living room and a balcony.

The price is 1100£ + 350£ bills = 1450£ per month, including all bills, internet, council tax, and cleaner once a week.
