Unfortunately, the current flatmate is leaving due to work commitments.
The room available is a double en-suite, with a shared living room. The building is secured with fob access and a concierge (if you’ve got parcels, you can be stress free!). There is also a 24hour gym in the building! Most importantly, the building in a 30sec walk from Harrow on the Hill station.
Bills usually come to around £150 per person and will be shared between us on actuals.
You will be taking over the tenancy from the outgoing flatmate - this will be a sublet on the existing agreement which sits with me!
The initial tenancy ends on 31 August 2025.
