En-Suite Double For Mature, Chilled & Clean Person

Modern & clean 2 bed 2 bath new build apartment in the Lexicon development near The Junction in Harrow, owned by Tom & Georgina - brother & sister.

Georgina is going travelling for 6-8 months from 2nd May 2026.
Looking for someone to take her room on a lodger basis while she is away.

5 minutes walk from HOTH tube station. 15 mins walk (/5 mins bus) to Kenton station.

Various bus stops going to key locations; Heathrow, Oxford Circus, Harrow & Wealdstone station.

THE APARTMENT / ROOM

The apartment is on the 7th floor with lovely views over Wembley & Harrow On The Hill. Nice weather days brings glorious sun into the living room & kitchen, and we often benefit from gorgeous sunrises & sunsets. We have a balcony, an open plan kitchen/living room and a laundry/storage room. We also benefit from cycle storage in the basement of the development.

Tom's room has an en-suite, and Georgina's room also has an en-suite which doubles as the ''main'' bathroom (with a 2nd door into the hallway). In practice, we treat them both as our own private en-suites and our respective guests use our respective bathrooms.

Georgina's room is a double bedroom with built in mirrored wardrobes. The room comes fully furnished with wall-mounted TV, King sized bed, a bedside table, small desk, built in wardrobes (3 doors), and 2 slim tall chests of drawers - lots of storage. (none of this can be removed).

The living room & kitchen is fully kitted out, so you need to bring nothing with you.

All bills included: wifi, heating & water, electricity, council tax (Band E).

WHO WE ARE

We are 32 (Tom) & 34 (Georgina) years old, both working professionals in Central London.

Tom will remain living in the apartment with you, so here's some info about him:

Tom enjoys sports; cycling, skiing, netball, climbing, golf, squash. Outside of after-work activities, Tom spends his time at the gym, gaming, using his 3D printer, coding, baking cakes & cooking.

Both Georgina & Tom enjoy growing plants - Tom grows chilli plants in the spring/summer (& subsequently making chilli oils & jams), and Georgina keeps houseplants & balcony flowers year round.

We live a quiet & relaxed lifestyle - neither of us are big on partying, and we enjoy the peace & tranquillity in our cosy home.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is mature & respectful. Someone who is a working professional who isn't looking for a party-pad.

The room is available for approximately 6-7 months, and ideally would like someone to take the room for the duration. When Georgina returns, she will need the room back as she has to return to her job and will give as much notice as possible (ideally 4 weeks) for you to vacate - but we will keep in touch when the time comes :) .

We are both very clean & tidy people. We would be looking for someone who is on the same wavelength, and treats the apartment with the same level of respect.

No smoking, no pets, no couples, no parties.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Tom has a gorgeous German Shepherd called Bear who currently lives with our parents but he may come to visit with our parents for a weekend (typically once every 3 months). Georgina has a cat called Poppy who is a total lap cat. Poppy will be going to live with our parents while I am away, however may also come to visit on the same schedule as Bear. It is important the person staying in this room does not have allergies & is open to a visiting cat & dog on the very rare occasion (though this may not happen at all during the rental due to logistics - but best for me to cover all eventualities).
