Require consistent standard of cleaning after use of room, particuarly in the kitchen and sink, and bathroom for others to use after.

Willing to use your own core cooking utensils such as own pots/pans and cutlery, but some shared and all other items shared i. e air fryer, microwave, kettle, fridge, cooker.

Looking for housemate, no reference required but enquired on their current status. Short term rent avaliable to discuss options.

Viewing is avaliable. To secure the room we will confirm with payment of the deposit.

1st months rent is due near the start of your tenancy move in date and monthly thereafter.
