Willing to use your own core cooking utensils such as own pots/pans and cutlery, but some shared and all other items shared i. e air fryer, microwave, kettle, fridge, cooker.

Short term rent avaliable to discuss options.

Viewing is avaliable. To secure the room to confirm with payment of the deposit following agreement with landlord.

1st months rent is due near the start of your tenancy move in date and monthly thereafter.
