My house is situated in leafy Hatchend/ Pinner. A 15 minute walk to the local high street with plenty of shops, restaurants and amenIties. A 12 minute walk from Hatchend station and brilliant bus services running . There are also plenty of shops in the area selling various items and some are open 24 hours.

Married and have kids , a friendly professional looking to rent my unused newly built studio flat out. I'm house proud, organise and a tidy person and am looking for a like minded tenant to rent my studio.
