We have a double room available, room is for a professional individuals only - All bills are included.

All rooms come with brand new beds, mattresses and Wardrobes throughout with Full Wireless WiFi - There are two toilets, shower cubicle and a very clean bath.

You will be sharing in a house which is lovely, warm, quiet and extremely friendly, in a pleasant environment ideal for a working professional. Its in a very popular part of Hayes, 5 minutes walks from Hayes & Harlington Station and Hayes Town.

Hayes Town Boasts - Iceland, Costa Coffee, Santander Bank, HSBC, Halifax, Nationwide along with a host of other restaurants and food courts.

We only ask for 4 weeks notice period, so there are no tie-ins.

We have a cleaner who attends the property regularly to clean the communal areas, there is an additional fee of £5/wk

If your a home worker then there is also an additional charge of £5/wk to cover this.
