My family home requiring some lodgers

I am an unmarried separated professional with two very young kids (who do not come to stay though visit occasionally). I travel very often for work to several parts of the UK and Europe so am often on business travels. I would like to have a lodger or two whom can share my home with me. Generally you will have more freedom than is typical as you will not see me all the time so I have less worries about late night cooking and showering etc. my shared living room downstairs is fully furnished, has a Tv, comfortable sofas, a dining table and a new fully functional kitchen.

I have two double bedrooms which you will see in the photos. We have a garden that can be used, it is kept neat and tidy as I can manage when I am around.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet and sink, fully clean and recently updated.

There is local parking on the side roads, though it can get busy
