A spacious and comfortable double room is available in our friendly family home in Hayes, UB4. ❤️

We are looking for two respectful single boys to share or a Tamil-speaking family who would appreciate a peaceful and welcoming family environment.

🛏️ Two single beds can be provided if required.

💷 RENT – £1,000 PCM TOTAL FOR 2 PEOPLE

➡️ £500 per person when sharing

The rent includes:

✅ All household bills
✅ Wi-Fi
✅ Furnished room
✅ Two single beds if required
✅ Shared kitchen and bathroom
✅ Washing machine
🍛 One freshly cooked Sri Lankan Tamil home-cooked meal every day for each person

🍳 KITCHEN & FOOD

🍛 A freshly cooked Sri Lankan Tamil meal is provided once a day for each person.

🍳 You are also welcome to use the kitchen for reasonable day-to-day cooking and quick meal preparation.

As this is a shared family home, we kindly ask that the kitchen isn’t occupied for long periods or used for extended cooking sessions, particularly during busy family times. ❤️

We simply ask everyone to be considerate of the family’s routine and give each other space. After cooking, please wash your dishes, wipe the surfaces and leave the kitchen clean and tidy.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 A PEACEFUL FAMILY HOME

This is our family home, so respect, kindness, cleanliness and consideration are very important to us. ❤️

We hope to find tenants who will feel comfortable here and treat the home as they would their own.

We kindly ask tenants to:

🛏️ Keep their room clean and tidy
🚽 Clean the shared toilet/bathroom at least once a week
🧹 Hoover the stairs and shared areas once a week
🧼 Clean up after using shared facilities
🔇 Keep noise reasonable, especially at night
❤️ Respect the family’s privacy and daily routine
🚫 No parties or disruptive behaviour
👥 Keep visitors to a minimum and discuss them with the household beforehand
🚗 Visitors must not park on the driveway
🚘 Driveway use is generally unavailable unless agreed beforehand
🌙 No overnight visitors without prior agreement

These are simply in place to make sure everyone living in the home feels comfortable and respected. 🙏

🐕 OUR FAMILY DOG

We also have a German Shepherd family dog 🐕❤️.

He is friendly, playful and very much part of the family. He may be a little excited when meeting someone for the first time, but once he gets to know you, he is very friendly and affectionate.

He spends most of his time outside, although he may occasionally be around the house.

We therefore ask that anyone interested is comfortable living in a home with a friendly family dog.
