Beautiful Penthouse Apartment in Hayes, Kent, few

I am a single professional male (consultant) who travels a lot for work, so I'm rarely around. That means most of the time you would have the place to yourself, but when I am there I will sometimes have my (well-behaved) children with me (we have our own room but would share the lounge & kitchen until around 8.30pm).

The apartment is brand new, very well equipped and decorated and the available room is large with a large private en-suite bathroom and a juliet balcony.

All bills are included.

I am very easy-going, quiet, tidy & respectful and have a very good sense of humour. I tend to work late, but that would be in my room, not the communal. areas.

No couples please - place just isn't big enough.
