* The available room is the largest bedroom on the ground floor, offering plenty of space and privacy.
* A couple lives on the top floor and has their own ensuite bathroom.
* You will share a bathroom with just one other housemate.
* Great transport links, with Hayes & Harlington Station only around a 5-minute walk away.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a friendly, tidy and responsible flatmate who has a stable job and is ready to move forward with the rental process.

✅ Able to complete referencing checks through the letting agency and Rentmigo
✅ Ready to make a decision and proceed quickly
