Spacious Double Room in 2-Bed Flat – Park Views + Balcony

Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, tidy housemate to share my spacious two-bedroom flat overlooking the park (with private access straight into it – a big bonus in summer!).

The flat has a large open-plan living room/kitchen, two bathrooms, and a good-sized balcony with table and chairs, accessible from both the living room and your bedroom.

The room:

Double bed

Wardrobe, chest of drawers & desk

Option to rearrange or remove furniture

Direct access to the balcony

The bathroom: I have an en-suite, so you’d mostly have sole use of the main bathroom (aside from occasional guests).

About me: I’m easygoing and respectful of personal space, but also up for a chat or the occasional dinner. I like to keep the flat clean, calm and homely.

Looking for: Someone friendly, considerate, and tidy who’s on a similar wavelength. Ideally, you’d be working from home no more than 2–3 days a week, as the flat suits a balance of home and out-of-home working.
