Fantastic, super spacious converted Victorian Warehouse Live/Work Space with all bills included and super quick connections into Central London. Sorry, NO COUPLES. Pets considered, but NO DOGS.

Our space (1400 sq ft total) is part of a converted Victorian Warehouse, currently populated by a great mix of people who are all respectful and friendly.

The shared living space and kitchen are perfect if you want to "hot desk" while you work from home and are also the main hub of the house where we all socialise and catch up.

The available room is very spacious and larger than average, decorated in neutral tones and has a super high ceiling with a mezzanine level built-in.

Ample storage on-site for any excess items you may want to bring with you at no charge.

All bills (Electricity, Gas, Council Tax, Water Rates, Broadband) are included in monthly rent. Even toilet paper, kitchen paper towels and laundry supplies are included too!

Some of us work from home and you are welcome to join us too.

Smokers welcome, but all smoking must be done outside the house (we have a patio area just outside). Vaping inside is fine.
